• Began in July 1979, by Atty. Eduardo Aguillon, CPA and his wife, Filamie Aguillon, CPA. 
  
• Opened its first branch in Bacolod in 1990.
  
• Through the years, opened additional 9 outlets under different corporations.
  
• Initially F & E was the dealer of the leading brand in tire industry – FIRESTONE.
  
• In early half of 1990’s F & E shifted its dealership to GOODYEAR following the closure of the Firestone tire manufacturing plant.
  
• F&E became a major dealer of Motolite & Oriental Batteries in the region and is still a dominant player to date.
  
• In year 2000 F & E became an exclusive distributor of Mobil lubricants in Panay & Negros & in 2003 appointed as IMPORTER.
  
• In the late 1980s, became a warehousing contractor for San Miguel Beer, a division of SMC – a leading corporation in the Philippines - in Antique and consequently spun off into another corporation – AC Distributors Inc, which now carries two major products – San Miguel Beer and Coca-Cola.
  
• In 1996, two landmark buildings in the city were built – Eugenia Arcade and Emmanuel Business Center.
  
• In 2003, F&E ventured in a totally diversified line of business when it franchised Max’s Restaurant, a pioneer in Filipino restaurants, located in SM City Iloilo.
• In 2007, F&E Group opened two new branches of Max's Restaurant, one in Delgado St., Iloilo and another in SM City Bacolod.
